Service Check-in Comments

To round out the resident feedback capability in Embrayse, you are now able to optionally capture comments.

Comments are displayed on the Insights screen. By sorting the check-ins by comment, you can bring all of them to the top and focus on them.

Automatic Meal Service Selection on Prep Report

Previously when you visited the Prep Report, it always defaulted to displaying Breakfast. This functionality is now improved to automatically default to the current meal service. For example once breakfast is closed (say at 9:00am), the report will automatically display Morning Tea or Lunch (depending on if you are track Morning Tea in Embrayse) when you navigate to it.

Other improvements

• We have added new alerts in our system backend to notify us if an usual number of residents have simultaneously been added, updated, or archived by an integration. This was in response to a recent incident in a clinical system that had caused many residents to disappear from Embrayse. This change will allow us to act more quickly if similar issues occur in the future and notify the relevant vendor.
