Release 2023.2 - Un-archiving, birthdays, and recipe converter
Many aged care homes accomodate respite residents, who may stay for short periods of time with long stretches in between. It is now easy to hide a resident's profile by archiving it, and restoring it again later using the un-archive function, without losing any information about them.
Residents can now be filtered by status, including Away and Archived statuses. Archived residents can then be restored from their ordering page, or the profile editing screen.
Archiving and un-archiving of residents are only applicable if you are managing a resident directly in Embrayse. If residents are linked to your clinical system, then their records are automatically archived and un-archived to match your clinical system records.
Never miss a birthday again, with the new reminders in Embrayse. You'll see a birthday cake next to the resident's name, with up to 2 days advance notice so that you can make preparations. Birthdays are optional and must be set on the resident edit screen. If you are using an integration with your clinical system, birthdays will automatically appear in Embrayse.
We have made it even easier for your to manage and use recipes. When viewing a recipe in the prep report, you can quickly convert the quantities to the number ordered for that particular service, or customise it entirely by changing the portion count. This is not only useful for meal prep, it can also assist you with purchasing decisions.
